Why sell with the Pan-European Fulfilment Programme?
Having a single VAT identification number gives you the flexibility to sell with the Pan-European Fulfilment by Amazon programme through inventory under deposit contract (COS)
Inventory under a deposit contract is possible thanks to a simplification of VAT laws at EU level, which makes it possible to carry out this type of transaction, as long as certain legislative requirements are met. You only need to have a single VAT registration number (VRN) in Germany, France, Italy or Spain to authorise the local storage of eligible ASINs in any of these countries.
